Draft day splash: Marquise "Hollywood" Brown to Arizona

In one of many trades that happened in the 2022 NFL Draft, I can say that Marquise "Hollywood" Brown was the one that hurt the most as I have had an interest in this wideout since his rookie year. Although this past year was not his most significant, he is still a wideout that is electrifying to watch, especially when he gets the ball in his hands.
Hollywood Brown got traded from the Baltimore Ravens on the first night of the Draft for the 23rd pick, where the Revnes selected Iowa center Tyler Linderbaum. In addition to getting Brown, the Arizona Cardinals also received the 100th pick in the third round. Brown did confirm that he did request a trade from the Ravens.
Brown will make a little more than $2.1 million in salary in 2022. However, his salary is his cap hit, too, as the Cardinals do not carry the charge of his original signing bonus. The Ravens, with the trade, will take more than $1.6 million in dead money for his signing bonus.
For the 2021 season, Brown racked up 1,008 yards and six touchdowns. In addition, he was averaging 11.1 yards a catch.
Now that he has reconnected with his college QB Kyler Murray, there will be fireworks down in Arizona. Among other receivers, Brown will join A.J Green and DeAndre Hopkins, while James Conner is in the background carrying the rock.
